No. Courtyard Avenue does not accept developer commissions on any off plan investment recommendation. Our off plan consultation fee is charged exclusively to the investor. This structural independence is what makes our off plan analysis genuinely objective. A consultant who receives a commission from a developer cannot provide independent analysis of that developer's project. We hold this as a non-negotiable standard on every off plan engagement we accept.
